Daniel: We had a hostess cancel after we booked a year in advance 4 months out and apartments in the Europe city are very expensive. She misrepresented the listing. The case manager is working with us. Funny thing is the hostess is a SuperHost claims she is uncomfortable hosting us for no reason. She wants $37 per night for the 2nd room which we did not agree too.
Porsche Collector: It still is. I have horror stories from 2016 and 2017 with guests and was completely abandoned by airbnb customer service. I rate them on the same level as DMV customer services
