We all experience different levels of customer service, but this is an example of an extremely bad customer service from Airbnb that can leave you frustrated.

I would be embarrassed if I owned a company this big and consistently had terrible reviews.

I called them about an issue I had with my account, which they had caused BTW because they locked it up. The service agent did not know why it was locked up and they told me they would call me back when it was convenient for them because the account specialist department does not take incoming phone calls. It was supposed to be within 24-48 hours. Its been 3 months.
